Cannot record sound because microphone not connected correctly
Cause:
Sound cannot be recorded because there is a problem with the microphone connection.
Solution:
Reconnect the microphone.
1) Locate the microphone jack on the sound card.
2) Plug the microphone into the microphone jack.
